A very comfortable, sunny and spacious (300m²) holiday apartment for family and friends in the splendid Pinzgauer Valley. An attractive holiday destination for every season. The apartment is part of the 400-year-old Pinzgauer Schrempf farm, which was built in 1613 and renovated in 2016. The Schrempf-Anna apartment is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the farm and sleeps 14. The luxury living room with kitchen and dining area is approximately 100 m² in size. From the living room/kitchen/dining area, you have superb panoramic views of the Hohe Tauern. The ski bus stop and railway station are walking distance from the apartment. You can fetch fresh rolls for breakfast from the supermarket on your doorstep. The nearest restaurant is 200 metres away. Cycle and walking paths pass immediately beside the farm.

We bought the farm (which dates from 1613) in 2014. At that time, it was somewhat dilapidated and with much love and patience, we renovated it to create a charming and comfortable apartment, making use of old materials and preserving the original features as far as possible. Unique features include the vaulted ceilings in the bedroom and bathroom, while the old doors also give the apartment a warm and cosy feel.

Niedernsill is a picturesque village centrally located in the Pinzgauer Valley. It is approximately 8 km from the centre of Kaprun and the Maiskogel ski lift. The ski bus stop and railway station are within walking distance. You can fetch fresh rolls for breakfast from the supermarket on your doorstep. The nearest restaurant is 200 metres away. Cycle and walking paths pass immediately beside the farm. In the spring, summer and autumn, you can go hiking and mountain biking, play golf and even ski on the Kaprun glacier. In winter, there is a wealth of downhill and cross-country skiing in the Kitzbüheler Alps, the snow-sure glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn or the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See. All are no more than a 10-minute drive away.
