Opened in December 2012, this resort is located at the foot of the Tennengebirge Mountains, 1 km from the ski lift. Bergresort Werfenweng includes a spa area with indoor and outdoor pools. The spacious rooms and apartments have a balcony or terrace. Each accommodation unit at aja Bergresort Werfenweng features a flat-screen satellite TV, a seating area, and a bathroom with hairdryer. The apartments also feature a kitchenette. The exclusive interior design was created by Italian designer Lorenzo Bellini. The restaurant serves Austrian and international dishes made from regional products, including fresh fish from the surrounding lakes. A wide range of fine wines is available. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire property. Guests can rent bicycles and electric cars to explore the surrounding area. Hiking and mountain bike trails start right outside. Salzburg is 60 km away.
