The property looks back on more than 120 years of history – shaped by bourgeois elegance, rural tranquility, and the special atmosphere of the Vienna Woods region.
Villa Meduna has been in its current ownership since 2002.
In 2009 it was lovingly and comprehensively refurbished, and in 2025 it was once again renovated to a high standard – with the aim of preserving its historical atmosphere while offering modern comfort at an elevated level.
Today, the villa presents itself as a historic country residence with contemporary elegance – a place to breathe, arrive, and unwind.
