The house, originally built in the 1960s and once used as accommodation for pilgrims, has been extensively modernized over several years, with renovations completed in 2025. The property combines the nostalgic charm of traditional architecture with modern, bright design elements and loving attention to detail. On 65 m², you’ll find a stylish apartment with its own private entrance and staircase – perfect for guests who value peace and privacy. The apartment features a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a modern bathroom with shower and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels, kitchen utensils, TV, and Wi-Fi are, of course, provided. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains of the Mariazell region, or relax in the large shared garden. Despite the peaceful location, you’re only a three-minute walk from the town center. A free and spacious parking area is available directly in front of the house on private property. Your host is not yet 30 years old, a native of Mariazell, and deeply rooted in the region for generations. His love for his homeland and the idyllic beauty surrounding Mariazell can be felt in every detail of the house. Professionally, he travels abroad on a weekly basis, yet his home in Mariazell remains a steady anchor point. Having spent countless nights in various hotels, he pays special attention to the comfort and coziness of his own accommodation. In 2019, he purchased the house with the dream of creating a cozy holiday apartment where guests would feel just as comfortable as he does himself. With a lot of personal effort, patience, and passion—and with the dedicated help of his family, especially his parents—he renovated the house over several years. It’s truly a labor of love that now shines in new splendor. He strives to always be available and takes reliable care of any questions, requests, or small concerns you may have during your stay.
