The Zugspitz Arena, which can be reached comfortably from the house, with 56 mountain railways offers varied skiing fun in all degrees of difficulty on 142 kilometers of slopes! Furthermore, unproblematic accessibility (Innsbruck airport, 75 km - Munich airport (DE), 147 km - Salzburg airport, 196 km - Zurich airport (CH), 200 km) and various excursion destinations (Bavarian royal castles, Seefeld, Ötzi village, Swarovski Crystal Worlds, Innsbruck and many more) are in existance. Parking facilities are available around the residence. In concern of good health and good spirit an exclusive wellness area on the ground floor including indoor infinity pool, Finnish sauna, bio sauna as well as infrared cabin, regeneration shower and a chill room for total relaxation was built.
