Fancy a dip, walk out your door, into the lift and the resort style pool awaits you and your family. The complex also offers a communal BBQ area, sauna, gymnasium and undercover secure parking. We manage many units in this complex so it is perfect for the extended family and friends to all be together and a quick 5 minute walk into the heart of Nelson Bay. Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
