**As The Host - Harris Holiday Rentals Payment Schedule Overrides the Booking dot com Payment Schedule** PAYMENT TERMS: In order to secure a booking, 50% of the total booking value is to be paid at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to your stay. If a booking is not paid in full. 14 days prior to Check-In the booking will not be held. If your booking is made within 14 days of your Check In date, then the total is due upon confirmation. All payments are processed securely via credit card transaction using Stripe online payment gateway. Once the guest credit card payment details are received, payments will be automatically charged as per the afore-mentioned timing. SECURITY BOND: In addition to the booking total, a credit card authorization hold will be held against the guest's credit card as a security bond. The bond hold will be implemented 1 day before Check In and automatically released after 7 days, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. If a booking is longer than 7 days duration, the authorisation hold will be released after the checkout date, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. The amount of the bond is between six hundred dollars and eight hundred dollars depending on the booked property. If we are unable to process an authorisation hold on the guest credit card, we cannot give out the keys on check in. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will be refunded the full amount paid minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. Guest cancellations between 14-30 days before booking commencement will be refunded 50% of the total booking minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. If a guest cancels within 14 days, there is no refund. If the guest decides to leave early after check-in. the nights not spent are not refunded.

Large open plan kitchen, living & dining. Split system heating & cooling in this area. Undercover balcony with seating & Weber Q 2000. Bonus electric operated outside see through blinds on the balcony to protect you from the weather if needed! As well as a ceiling fan. Living area, 2 electric leather recliner chairs & large TV. Dining area to seat 8 people. The kitchen has lots of bench space, corner pantry, dishwasher, gas cooking, double sink, double fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. The master suite has a King size bed, ceiling fan, walk-in robe & ensuite/bathroom with heated floors keeping the WC separate for you and your guests.Downstairs layout: Second living area at the front of the house, this is perfect for the children or a second family to relax. With plenty of seating areas, the couch is a sofa bed. TV and a ceiling fan also in the second living area. Bedroom two has a queen size bed, built in robes and a ceiling fan. Bedroom three has a Tri bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on the top) ceiling fan and built in robes. There is also a pull out trundle bed in this room. Main Bathroom with a bath, shower, heated floors in the bathroom, separate vanity area as well as a separate toilet. Laundry with a washing machine and a door leading outside. The fully fenced lawned backyard it is brilliant for backyard cricket or just an area for the children to play. Outdoor shower hot and cold water available for washing off when you get back from the beach. Free WIFI internet, Off street parking available – sorry the garage is not available. Garage is a converted games room. Sleeps: 7 but can sleep 10 (sofa bed d/stairs plus pull out trundle bed in bed 3.Wi-Fi, No Pets, No Linen,No smoking No parties or events. Bedroom 1: King x 1, Bedroom 2: Queen x 1, Bedroom 3: Tri Bunk Bed (Queen on the bottom, King single on the top) as well as pull-out trundle bed. ** This property does not include linen.
