Unit 19 has the luxury of being on the ground floor, so you have plenty of space for the children to run around, there are two bedrooms with both bedrooms having ceiling fans and the main bedroom having an ensuite.  Both the main bathroom and ensuite are stunning, the main offering a shower of bath, toilet and vanity and the ensuite has a shower, toilet and vanity, this unit also provides WIFI.   The large open plan living area is furnished with modern décor, there is a flat screen TV, DVD player and CD player available.  Opening off the living area is an enclosed patio with a Weber gas BBQ, perfect as it has all weather protection.  There is a superb brand new fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, full cooking facilities and internal laundry with washer and dryer.  'Bay Parklands' is spread over 5 acres, it is a family friendly complex with a solar heated pool, spa, tennis court, established gardens and plenty of grass areas for the kids to play. A quick two minute walk and you are at Little Beach which is known for the calm waters for children to swim and paddle board,  Little Beach also provides picnic tables, free BBQ facilities, toilet facilities and the boat ramp

Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.

Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighbouring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
