Property information
Situated on the beach front with a northerly aspect and fabulous views to the beach. This fabulous position is walking distance to the shops and cafes of Cowes and of course just across the road from Cowes front beach, the pier and the park. This studio style one bedroom apartment offers a queen bed and spa bathroom with separate shower and 2 single beds. The kitchenette has a small electric cooktop, microwave and small fridge and dining table and four chairs. The large balcony offers stunning water views and is a lovely space to relax in. This is the ideal spot to explore all that beautiful Phillip Island offers.
There is a BBQ area in the outdoor communal area under the trees. There is car parking for one car in the complex. A coin laundrette is located on the ground level. Access to apartment 203 is via stairs or lift.
