If you are wanting to come to the bay for your next break 'The Commodore' apartments will suit you. We have a range of apartments in the complex each one slightly different. Unit 23 has just been completely renovated, it is positioned to take advantage of the wonderful views over the bay and the cooling breeze that sweeps straight through the apartment, unit 23 has a front balcony with a gas BBQ available and back balcony to allow the breeze to flow through. The apartment has been furnished to make your stay very comfortable, from the brand new kitchen to the comfortable bedding. 'The Commodore' apartments have been favourites to many holiday makers for years. The ideal position combined with the spacious apartments make for happy holidays! Park the car when you arrive and walk to all the attractions the bay has to offer. We manage many units in this complex so it is perfect for the extended family and friends to all be together and a quick 5 minute walk into the heart of Nelson Bay. Neighbourhood information

Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.

Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighbouring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
