Property information

Situated in amazing Smiths beach with stunning ocean views. This cosy beach house offers stunning views from a wraparound balcony that captures ocean vistas to the south and countryside to the east. Perfectly located just a short stroll to the beach and local shop, and minutes from the GP track and Cowes, it’s ideal for a summer escape or motorsport event visit. The home features two queen bedrooms upstairs and a flexible downstairs bedroom with a king bed that converts into two king singles, accommodating up to six guests. There are two bathrooms—one on each level—for added convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. Guests will enjoy split system heating/cooling, three TVs, free Wi-Fi, and a games room with table tennis and an additional fridge. The large backyard is ideal for kids, with outdoor stairs providing direct balcony access. Laundry facilities are included. Please note: this property is not pet-friendly and the wood fire is not in use. *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. *Online registration and payment of a bond is required for all bookings.
