Fully equipped kitchen and a sunny balcony that looks out to the distant ocean views and complex pool. Two large bedrooms both having ceiling fans and bathroom that provides a shower, bath and separate toilet.   The ease of having an internal laundry with front loader washing machine and dryer and single undercover car space makes this property even more appealing.  Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.
