**As The Host - Harris Holiday Rentals Payment Schedule Overrides the Booking dot com Payment Schedule** PAYMENT TERMS: In order to secure a booking, 50% of the total booking value is to be paid at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to your stay. If a booking is not paid in full. 14 days prior to Check-In the booking will not be held. If your booking is made within 14 days of your Check In date, then the total is due upon confirmation. All payments are processed securely via credit card transaction using Stripe online payment gateway. Once the guest credit card payment details are received, payments will be automatically charged as per the afore-mentioned timing. SECURITY BOND: In addition to the booking total, a credit card authorization hold will be held against the guest's credit card as a security bond. The bond hold will be implemented 1 day before Check In and automatically released after 7 days, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. If a booking is longer than 7 days duration, the authorisation hold will be released after the checkout date, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. The amount of the bond is between six hundred dollars and eight hundred dollars depending on the booked property. If we are unable to process an authorisation hold on the guest credit card, we cannot give out the keys on check in. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will be refunded the full amount paid minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. Guest cancellations between 14-30 days before booking commencement will be refunded 50% of the total booking minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. If a guest cancels within 14 days, there is no refund. If the guest decides to leave early after check-in. the nights not spent are not refunded.

This beautiful north facing three bedroom Circa 1985 beach house is light and bright and offers the following layout: Large open plan living, dining and kitchen Kitchen features U shape and includes Oven, Cook top, fridge, microwave and dishwasher and includes quality crockery and cutlery Dining includes seating for 6 guests Living features two comfy lounges and large TV This open plan area also includes combustion wood heater (Firewood supplied by guests) and split system heating and cooling Three bedrooms two including queen beds and the third a double bed Bathroom with separate shower, toilet vanity Laundry Outdoor paved area with outdoor table and bbq expansive lawns and gardens at the front Located just a short walk from the brand new Chiton Surf Life Saving Club (the clubrooms are amazing with dining and bar facilities) providing a patrolled beach for holiday makers and close to the village lifestyle of Port Elliot with its array of shops, cafes, restaurants and hotels. You can walk to either Chiton or Boomer for a surf or swim. You don't get a sea view here but you definitely hear the roar of the ocean! And a short stroll to the waters edge the home is a great location. *Given the the size of the home and one living area the home is suited to couples or a small family. The yard does not have fencing and has large vegetation and dunes surrounding the home so it is important with small children that parents are notified of this.
