Boasting sweeping views directly through the headlands of Port Stephens is this three bedroom luxury apartment that is located directly on the waterfront.  This apartment features three great size bedrooms, ensuite, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, blue ray 4K DVD player, internal laundry with washing machine and dryer, main bathroom with bath, full size single garage space + storage area and loads of off street parking for boats on the council grass area. This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. Pets are not welcome at this property. This property does not have Wi-fi. Parking - Full size single garage + storage area (owner has Jetski in garage NOT for guest use)

Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.

Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighbouring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
