At Cozie Homes, we understand owners’ and guests' needs and wants because of our own personal experiences. We started out on Airbnb with a single room in our own house. Our success with this single room inspired us to let an entire floor, offering a cozie, self-contained apartment in our Queenslander. This eventually became two apartments, and we then spent a couple of years creating the perfect formula for maximising bookings and customer satisfaction. A year later, we bought a second property and repeated the formula, to great success. Now, a few years down the line, we are a fully licensed real estate agency with a plethora of awesome properties, which we manage on behalf of their owners. Each one unique in its own way, sympathetically handled to reflect the style and personality of the owner. With a strong background in hospitality and Cairns-focussed tourism, we really do have what it takes to make your guests feel welcome and happy during their stay. Your stay at the Harbour lights is complimented by a large pool, elevated above the city, a gym and Sauna. The two bedroom apartment features two spacious bedrooms, with King beds, open plan living and dining areas, smart TV in lounge room, air-conditioning, full kitchen with fridge/freezer, cook-top, oven and dishwasher. The bed in the second bedroom can also be split to make two singles, and both rooms are appointed with generous bathrooms, with a bathtub in the master room. Secure car parking is also allocated to the apartment. This is your own private accommodation during your stay and your access is not restricted in any way. You will have a swipe card in order to access the building, lifts and car park after hours. There is a dedicated parking space for your convenience. Please note, this is a self-serviced stay designed for your privacy and comfort. If you'd like additional housekeeping during your visit, we’re happy to arrange it for an extra fee — just let us know in advance, as it’s available upon request.

Thanks to the awesome location of this apartment, you are able to walk everywhere in the city. If you wish to travel outside the city, the main bus stop is one street away and the local taxi number is 131 008.
