Beautiful quiet scenic area friendly people - only 8 minutes to Beerwah where there is a Woolworths, Target, chemist, doctors, cheap shops etc and local restaurants - 20 minutes to Caloundra and the beach, heaps of restaurants within 10 minutes in Maleny and further into Caloundra - 10 mins to Australia Zoo for a day out with the Family. And if you like shopping Montville, amazing to duck out for breakfast, afternoon tea or dinner.
