This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 story holiday house is located within the Cape View Resort complex and is just a short walk to the sparkling waters of Geographe Bay and a 10 minute drive to the Busselton Jetty and City Shopping and Food Precinct. Self contained accommodation including kitchen, dining and living area with reverse cycle air-conditioning in every room, modern kitchen, walk-in robe to main bedroom, bathroom to main bathroom has a corner spa to relax, patio area with BBQ, and a outdoor alfresco with a grassed enclosed yard for the kids to run around safely while you relax. The unit is fully self contained with all linen and towels provided along with tea and coffee facilities, full kitchen with full kitchen utensils, and laundry facility with washer and dryer. There is also Foxtel TV, Smart TVs in the main living, in each bedroom all with Netflix options. All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company. You and your family will have a fantastic holiday at Cape View Resort , on the beach, a short drive to the Busselton Jetty. This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
