The open plan living room flows out onto the enclosed sunroom that can be used as a third bedroom or second living area as it provides a double innerspring sofa bed, TV and DVD player. This open plan area provides a split system air conditioner, large flat screen TV with a Blu-ray DVD player, Foxtel and filtered water views looking straight down to Little Beach. There is a fully equipped kitchen fitted out with a dishwasher, microwave, complete cooking facilities and a large family size fridge/ freezer. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and the main has an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity and access through a sliding door to the enclosed sunroom area. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
