This townhouse is situated on the third floor which is only accessible by a flight of stairs. There is no lift. With its spectacular ocean views you will feel relaxed from the moment you walk in. The property is positioned within walking distance of speciality shops and restaurants for your convenience.
Please note that the owners have been made aware that the occupants of the unit blow are smokers. Since the advertised property is located directly above, it is unfortunate that the smoke tends to waft up into the apartment. If you have any respiratory concerns this property may not be suitable.
