يتّخذ مكان الإقامة هذا إجراءات إضافية للحفاظ على سلامة الضيوف والموظفين، وذلك نظراً للوضع الحالي المتعلق بفيروس كورونا (كوفيد - 19). قد لا تتوفر جميع الخدمات ووسائل الراحة أو قد يتم الحد منها نتيجة لذلك.

سيُطلب تأمين ضد الأضرار بقيمة 200 AUD. سيخصم مكان الإقامة هذا المبلغ قبل يوم من الوصول. سيتم تحصيل المبلغ عبر البطاقة الائتمانية. سيتم إعادة المبلغ إليك في غضون 14 يوم بعد المغادرة. سيتم رد مبلغ وديعة التأمين بالكامل عن طريق التحويل المصرفي إذا لم يكن هناك ضرر بمكان الإقامة عند الفحص بعد تسجيل المغادرة.
