Patreece grew up on the family property and has lived there for the past 35 years. After getting married, her parents were thinking of downsizing but she didn’t want this beautiful property to be sold, so both her and Peter made a decision to move back to the family property to raise their family. They love and appreciate the clean air, the views and the space that comes with living on acreage.

Our neighbouring properties are a good distance away. On the left is a stunning horse stud called Tyreel which consists of approximately 60-80 acres. On the right hand side we are lucky enough to look at green paddocks and the beautiful Godolphin horse stud. No actual neighbours. Whilst your accomodation is relatively close to the main residence, it feels like your miles away, as it faces away from the main house.
