Property Layout: 2 Bedroom Cottage Guests: The Ideal Spot comfortably sleeps 6 People Bedding configuration: Bedroom 1 - 1x Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - 2 x Single Beds Lounge Area - 1x Queen Sofa Bed Sun Room - 1x Single Bed Living: Tv, Dvd Player , Queen Size Sofa Bed Kitchen: Stovetop, Oven, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, Filter Coffee Maker Main Bathroom: Shower, Vanity, Toilet Secondary Separate Toilet. Laundry: Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron, Ironing board Heating / Cooling: Air Conditioning, Gas Heating Outdoors: Outdoor seating/dining, BBQ and garden area Parking: Parking at property Pets: The Ideal Spot is pet friendly! It would be appreciated if pets could be kept off the furniture. Please note a fee of 200 will be charged if pet droppings are left around the property. Linen: The Ideal Spot is fully equipped with all your bedroom and bathroom linen, however you will need to supply your own beach towels. Wifi: The Ideal Spot does supply complimentary Wi-fi for your stay. Security Deposit A refundable 500 security bond is required for all bookings. This will be processed on your arrival day, or 24–48 hours prior if you're arriving on a public holiday. (Note – this does not apply for Airbnb bookings)
