On the entry level is the master bedroom with King bed and en suite (with large spa bath/shower, WC); a second King bedroom, a second bathroom (with shower and separate WC); and the combined kitchen/dining/lounge area, leading onto the balcony. Outside, there is a BBQ and outdoor furniture to enjoy the sea breeze and sounds of the ocean. Bedroom 3, with 4 singles, is an enclosed mezzanine room above the kitchen, with stair access from the living area. It has a smart TV. All bedrooms and living area have reverse cycle air conditioning. There is free Wi-Fi and Foxtel throughout the property, and the lounge is kitted out with a smart TV. Bikes x3, paddle boards x2 and kayaks x2 are also provided for guest use. Located in the popular Cape View Beach Resort, on the shores of Geographe Bay, guests can enjoy direct beach access. This apartment is positioned in the true beachfront row, overlooking the bay, and mere steps straight onto the beach from the front door.
