A between the wars cottage with character and all modern amenities. 83 Magnolia is a home away from home, off street parking, private courtyard, and beautiful interiors by Pam Shugg. You have all of the comforts of home, privacy, and only a short walk to restaurants, bars, cafes, and the Murray River. In a quiet heritage street, Pam is available to meet and greet or there is a key safe if preferred. Regardless, Pam is always at hand to assist to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing.
Pam has an interest, indeed a career, in the Arts and Hospitality industry having hosted many properties in the region. Whilst you are a guest Pam is on call for anything you may need, otherwise the house is yours
83 Magnolia is in a quiet neighborhood but is within walking distance of all of your needs in the city, and from the Murray River
