A Perfect Stay was created as a result of our highly successful holiday accommodation business, Byron Bay Holiday Rentals, which was founded in 2004 in the Byron Shire. Initially operating in and around the Byron Bay region, the demand grew for expansion into other areas and A Perfect Stay was born. A Perfect Stay now manages over 300 private and elegant homes in many parts of Australia including; the Gold Coast and Brisbane in Queensland, Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, and Sydney, Byron Bay, Tweed Coast, Lennox Head, and Scotts Head in New South Wales. We’ve built on our history in the leisure market and we know that that business travelers, like holiday makers, also value space, comfort and convenience when traveling or relocating. We recognised that our business perfectly accommodates the corporate traveller too, so we acquired Melbourne-based business, Boutique Stays to expand our portfolio to impeccable apartments and houses around Melbourne city and surrounding suburbs.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).
