We are increasing the cleaning and sanitising of our apartment and antibacterial hand wash is supplied also Glen 20 spray is left in the bathroom. The apartment is also UV sanitised. Our breath taking apartment, 406 is located within the Seashells complex at 16 Dolphin Drive, Ocean Marina Mandurah on the Ocean side of Seashells building. Walk through the gate by the pool right onto the beach! A breath-taking apartment, larger than the average, 96 sq. Fantastic water views of ocean/beach and of the public fountain plus views of Dolphin pool and Mariner. This resort which has won many awards is in a unique location with direct access to beach/ocean and within walking distance to restaurants/ cafes/ pub/ entertainment center and cinemas. This apartment is privately owned. If during your stay you have any problems please address them to the owner. We advise our guests that there is a fold-away single bed, if required. We do not have a sofa bed.

Ron and Margaret have lived in Mandurah for over 20 years and love this picturesque area of canals, Ocean, beach, Mariner and foreshore with BBQ's and occasional markets and have a good knowledge of the Local area and are familiar with many of the restaurants etc.

Our apartment is approximately 10 minutes drive to the Mandurah train/bus station. There are buses that pass nearby which will take you to Mandurah Train/bus station. It's about a 50 minute train ride to Perth. Approximately 1 hour drive to Perth International Airport. Approximately two and a half hour car drive to Margaret River Vineyards and the Caves and Prevelly Beach for surfing near Maragaret River. Walk from this resort right onto Comet Bay beach where Dolphins can sometimes be seen frolicking in the ocean. Many restaurants/coffee bars are within 5 to 10 minute walking distance including The Oceanic Bar and Grill, the Mariner, Town beach, Performing Arts Center and boat hire. Perth is approx 50 mins by train. Rockingham 20 mins by car.The Tourist Hub/office is a stroll away behind Cicerello's. Boat tours operate around the waterways and canals of Mandurah.
