Adina Vineyard and Olive Grove
Adina Vineyard & Olive Grove sits in the heart of Lovedale, surrounded by vines, olive trees and open country. Our villas are designed to feel relaxed and unpretentious, with enough comfort and space that guests settle in quickly. Each villa has a generous living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a private deck overlooking the estate. The villas are three-bedroom in design, each with its own ensuite, and guests are simply given access to the number of rooms that suit their stay the privacy and flexibility are things people often mention. A key part of the experience is how much you can do without leaving the property. Guests can wander to our renovated cellar door for wine and olive tastings, visit the GT Room a rotating display of prestige and classic cars, currently including a Ferrari 488 Pista and a 1964 Aston Martin DB5 or book a treatment at Reflections Day Spa, all within a short stroll of their villa. Having tastings, a spa and a unique gallery experience in one place is something travellers consistently appreciate. Estancia, our on-site restaurant, adds another layer. Open Wednesday through Sunday, it offers a beautiful indoor and outdoor dining experience overlooking the estate and has become a favourite for long lunches, relaxed dinners and special occasions. The estate is one of the few places in the Hunter where you can stay on a working vineyard and still feel completely private. Guests often comment on waking up to views across the dam or watching the light fall over the vines at the end of the day. The pool area and wide lawns add to the sense of space, especially in the warmer months. What makes Adina special is how effortless it feels: you can unwind, taste, dine, explore and relax all in one place. We’re close to everything the Hunter is known for, yet the property keeps a calm, welcoming pace that guests tend to slip into as soon as they arrive.
Our team at Adina genuinely enjoys welcoming guests to the estate. Most of us are locals who know the Hunter inside out, so pointing people toward great wineries, producers or those little hidden spots is something we love doing. Hosting here isn’t about fuss or formality it’s about creating a stay that feels effortless, relaxed and genuinely cared for. We take real pride in looking after the villas, keeping the grounds immaculate and making sure the cellar door experience feels personal. Guests often comment on how approachable the team is, whether it’s answering a quick question, arranging a tasting or steering them toward a good lunch nearby. The aim is simple: make it easy for people to feel at home from the moment they arrive. What we enjoy most is seeing guests settle into the rhythm of Lovedale. Every stay looks a little different some come for food and wine, others for the scenery or a family getaway but the atmosphere across the estate is always welcoming and unhurried. It’s a place people return to because it feels good to be here, and we’re proud to play a part in that.
Lovedale is one of the Hunter Valley’s most inviting pockets with wide views, boutique wineries and a relaxed pace that guests settle into quickly. It’s also the first wine region you enter when coming off the Hunter Expressway from Sydney or Newcastle, which makes it incredibly convenient without ever feeling busy. Within minutes of the estate you’ll find Lovedale favourites such as Binnorie Dairy for its cheeses, The Deck Café overlooking the dam, Jimmy Joans on Wilderness Road, and a collection of small, welcoming vineyards that give the area its character. Lovedale is also known for its experiences. Sunrise hot-air balloon flights with local operators are a highlight, offering a spectacular way to take in the valley. There are walking trails, horse riding and other light adventure activities nearby, all easy to reach from the property. For golfers, Rydges Resort’s course is less than five minutes away. What guests love most is the balance they can explore local wineries, enjoy a long lunch or take a morning balloon flight, then return to the calm of the estate later in the day. Lovedale has a friendly, local charm and a peaceful rhythm, and many guests find themselves returning simply because it feels so easy to enjoy.
