Just 150 metres from Surfers Paradise Beach, Aegean Apartments features self-contained accommodation with a private balcony offering lovely ocean or tropical garden views. The property features both an indoor and outdoor pool, a tennis court and a hot tub. Free unlimited WiFi and free unlimited on demand movies, including new release movies, are offered. Each of the air-conditioned apartments has laundry facilities, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. All include a spacious living area with a sofa and cable TV. Your balcony offers outdoor furniture. Aegean Apartments Surfers Paradise are just 5 minutes’ walk from Cavill Avenue, with its many shopping and dining options. Seaworld is a 10-minute drive away. Gold Coast Airport is a 30-minute drive away. Guests can relax in the hot tub, or work out in the fitness centre. The tour desk can book tickets to all Gold Coast theme parks, including Seaworld, Dreamworld and Movie World. Free parking is available on site.

Our building has been an icon on the Surfers skyline for many years. There are also plenty of great family attractions and delicious restaurants and cafes nearby. All apartments are fully self-contained with spacious balconies and fully equipped kitchens. Stroll along the shop fronts to the boutiques, specialty shops and duty free shopping as well as a large variety of restaurants and coffee shops. The Aegean offers a wide variety of facilities, including an indoor heated pool and spa, outdoor pool, full size tennis court and gym.

The property does not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Period. In particular it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period.

Please note that all apartments are individually furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only.

Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.

All guests are required to present a valid photo ID & credit card upon check in.

Charges apply to all credit card transactions at the venue of 2% for Visa & Mastercard.

This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.

All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.

There will be a scheduled power outage at the Aegean on 04/06/2025 and 11/06/2025 between 10am and 4pm.
