Albany Holiday Units are located in the heart of Albany's premier oceanside suburb of Middleton Beach, perfectly positioned to enjoy Albany’s pristine coastline, popular cafes, restaurants, and local tourist attractions. Less than a kilometre from the National Anzac Centre, our clean, spacious and well appointed units come in a range of styles to suit every budget and to cater for tourists, holiday makers and business people alike. Our Art Deco Units celebrate Albany’s heritage in a magnificent building, purpose built for accommodation in 1950. Complete with today’s modern conveniences our Art Deco Units offer a fully self contained home away from home. These units comprise large rooms with high ceilings and include a choice of either 2bedroom or 3bedroom Unit. Our Studio Units are spacious and comfortable, perfect for a couple. They all have a Queen bed plus the option of a single bed or folder bed, and are fully equipped for your self catering needs. Our Large 2bedroom Units are situated at the rear of the complex with their own undercover carports. They are large, spacious, wheelchair friendly apartments with ample room to spread out.
Your hosts Brad and Melissa Shearer took over Albany Holiday Units in July 2018 and operate this property in conjunction with Park Avenue Holiday Units only 100metres away where the reception is located for both properties. They are very excited about tourism within the Amazing South Coast in a City they know and love, and are here to ensure your stay is a memorable and enjoyable one.
Middleton Beach is the perfect place to go sight-seeing, walking, cycling, swimming or simply just relaxing. We are just a short stroll to Ellen Cove where you can walk the Middleton Beach boardwalk and experience stunning views of Breaksea and Michaelmas islands. The National Anzac Centre is only a short 5minute drive and has been named one of the world's top attractions. With a laid back atmosphere and picturesque setting you'll feel very comfortable and welcome amongst our beautiful surroundings.
