This amazing "new reno" Sept 2022 offers 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment very well furnished, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area, and bathroom plus 2nd ensuite bathroom. Shops, restaurants and beach within walking distance of West Beach Lagoon. Excellent location at Scarborough Beach.Ground floor. Picturesque foreshore area, glorious sunsets and scenery included. The master bedroom your own private ensuite bathroom. This unique place oozes style all its own.

Neighbourhood information

Scarborough Beach is one of Perth's most popular beaches. Beautiful clean white sand, turquoise water, paddle boarding, swimming, and surf to make all happy. The foreshore is best in Perth, bike and walking paths, multiple play areas for the kids, beach space always available and you are staying no more than 50 meters from the beach, restaurants, cafes and pubs. When the sun sets over the water, it is one of the best stops in Australia.
