Situated in the quiet Jacaranda lined streets of South Toowoomba, presents a charming 1900's workers cottage. Ambiente Cottage has 2 bathrooms and the capacity to sleep 6 guests. This beautifully maintained cottage boasts a fully functional kitchen and laundry, wifi, netflix, BBQ, 2 single beds and 2 Queen Beds, Cot and Highchair (on request). Ambiente Cottage is both pet and family friendly. The addition of the second bathroom offers a level access shower for ease of use. The large secure yard makes a perfect option for those travelling with guests. Guests are also welcome to use the large double bay shed on the property. The cottage is walking distance to a corner store, CBD and Base Hospital. It is in close proximity to Queen’s Park, Empire Theatre, Toowoomba City Golf Club, Gabbinbar Homestead and Preston Peak Winery. Please note there is a minimum 2 night stay for the property. A cot (no porta cot) and high chair is available for use on request.
After deciding to settle in this beautiful lush town of Toowoomba we purchased this beautiful early 1900's workers cottage. We absolutely adore this cottage and the original features it still offers to this day. We love nothing more than sharing our beautiful cottage with our guests. Our cottage is self-contained and we do our best to ensure that the cottage is well stocked with all the essentials to make a perfect stay! We are also locals and are more than happy to assist in anyway we can - please don't hesitate to ask! What we love most of all, is that we are pet friendly! As owners of two beautiful Labradors we understand how important pets are to your family and appreciate that they need to be just as well travelled as their owners. Our property is fully fenced and boasts a large backyard with a secure double lock up garage which is perfect for the whole family.
Ambiente Cottage is close to parks, cafes, convenience stores, golf club and wedding venues. It is a short drive or walk to the CBD and Toowoomba Base Hospital. Popular parks such as Laurel Bank Park, Queens Park and Picnic Point are within close proximity. The Cottage is within walking distance to the CBD. It is a short drive to Toowoomba Base Hospital, Bus Station, Empire Theatre, City Golf Club, Wedding Venues, Laurel Bank & Queen's Park. Taxi's, buses and ride sharing services are available in Toowoomba
