55acre working farm tucked away behind The Balingup Racecourse Flora Reserve, in the Blackwood River Valley. One bedroom Studio, fully self contained and separate from the main farm house.
Super comfy queen size bed, modern appliances including gas cooktop and oven, Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods, reverse cycle air conditioning, flat screen tv, kitchen fitted out with all you need to make your own gourmet meals, deck to enjoy the never ending view.
Washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
Decor is modern with a touch of quirky and rustic, waking up to a view like this will never get old!
What's around?
Balingup is in the Bunbury/Geographe tourist region and is a comfortable 2.5hr drive Southwest of Perth.
For the cycling enthusiasts the Munda Biddi Trial is nearby if your keen to exercise on your break.
The Bibbulmun Track also comes through the picturesque village of Balingup.
Take a picnic down to the Golden Valley Tree Park and take in some short walks in our beautiful rural countryside.
The Balingup Visitors Centre are a wealth of knowledge, pay them a visit for all the local information you require.
Take a drive to the nearby towns of, Donnybrook, Bridgetown and Nannup. Local wine regions of the Blackwood River Valley, Geographe and Ferguson Valley.
Also only an hours drive to visit Busselton and Margaret River regions.
Or you can just sit on the deck of your studio accommodation, relax, enjoy the view with a wine and simply enjoy your time out.
