Marvel at the aesthetic beauty of this unique design home. Gaze out across the city from the poolside balcony of a luxe space featuring boutique furnishings and decor, studio style rooms, rustic touches throughout, and two huge BBQ terraces. The studio on the street level is excellent for teenagers or someone elderly to have their own space and can be locked to be seperate from the house and have its own private entrance or can be opened up to the other three levels of the house.
Hiya I live in St Kilda and own and co-host a few other properties in the area. In my opinion St Kilda is the place to be with everything at your fingertips and the best bars and restaurants... I wouldn't want to live anywhere else! I am just around the corner in St Kilda to help out with anything you might require.I am happy to help out and make your stay as enjoyable as I can.Please let me know if you have any problems at all, I would rather that than you not enjoy your experience, when it could more than possibly be rectified.Late check ins are not a problem for the collection of keys.
The property is nestled on a quiet street within walking distance of award-winning restaurants, cafes, supermarkets on Chapel, Acland, and Fitzroy Streets. All public transportation is accessible five minutes away. everything is so close and Trams at the end of my Street Train a two minute walk
