Split-system air conditioning on both levels and ceiling fans throughout ensure year-round comfort. Free street parking is available directly in front of the home. Please note: the driveway is too steep for safe vehicle access, and the garage is not available for guest use.

A 15-minute walk in the other direction brings you to San Remo Beach and the waterfront dining precinct along Phillip Island Road, where you’ll find local favourites like Mario’s for Italian, The Spicy Duck for Thai, and the Fisherman’s Co-Op for fish and chips. After meals, wander over to the jetty to watch the pelican feeding at noon or relax by the water.
