I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.
You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times, as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.

BEDROOM:
The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- grill
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- coffee machine
- microwave
- toaster
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room features a FFalcon 40" Smart TV with guest account for Netflix and access to Stan. As well as a Chromecast so you can stream and share to the screen using your phone and WiFi. Note that we don't provide YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The property includes one dedicated car space, plus two visitor parking spots conveniently located in front of the building.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the complex's common garden and picnic dining.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
