Hi - we are Swell Stays, a holiday home company in the Margaret River Region. We all live with our families in Margaret River and manage houses in Margaret River, Prevelly and Gracetown. We love living in Margaret River and wake up everyday feeling like we are Living the dream Down South. We love our region and enjoy getting involved in all that our community has to offer - you will often find us visiting the local Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, drinking coffee at one of our favourite local Cafés (Egberts or White Elephant), joining a Walk Talk Taste Tour of our town's best restaurants & bars, visiting one of our many cellar doors to purchase some local wine or spending a whole day at the beach with the kids! We want our guests to be able to relax and enjoy all our great region has to offer and at Swell Stays we understand the importance of cleanliness and customer service, which in turn creates the perfect holiday experience for our guests. At Forest Stay is a holiday apartment located in Margaret River town, within the Margarets Forest Complex. It’s the perfect family friendly base for your next down south holiday with the town on your doorstep and all the best attractions within 10-45mins drive away! Suited to couples or a family, you will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located apartment. The two storey apartment is self-contained, offering a fully equipped kitchen, laundry with washing machine and dryer and reverse cycle air-conditioning to the living area and both bedrooms. Downstairs there is an open plan living / dining area that opens off the kitchen and the laundry with powder room (2nd toilet & hand basin). Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with separate shower and spa bath, the toilet is next to the bathroom in a powder room. The north bedroom has one king bed, TV and small balcony. The south bedroom has one king bed and one single bed.

Margaret River is the perfect place for a break from the rat race. Base yourself within the CBD and you’ll have access to all the region has to offer. From award-winning wineries and restaurants to empty beaches, tall-timber forests, world-class surf breaks and ancient caves. Farmers markets on a Saturday morning, lunch at one of the many fine restaurants followed by a swim at a secluded beach. What more could you want? Located just metres back from the main street, you couldn't get a better location for a Margaret River getaway where you want to immerse yourself in the vibe of the Margaret River main street.
