Athelney Cottage is a stand alone COTTAGE decorated in the 'French provincial style.. Walking distance of the CBD of Adelaide. main attractions for anything at the Adelaide Oval and BOTANIC PARK and all music festivals especially Womad. The car race is also walking distance so no need to worry about a car. The WINE CENTRE ELLINGTON RECEPTION on Hackney road are just around the corner 1.5 k to the CONVENTION CENTRE
I have been in the Bed and Breakfast industry for 17 years now and regard it as a pleasure to meet all the different people who travel here to Adelaide. In the past i have been a fashion designer with manufacturing business and do painting and ceramics as a hobby my family help to run the BNBs with me
The BNB is as close as you can get to the main CBD of Adelaide but when here this is hard to believe with the beautiful trees that surround this old area. It is very quiet and we have a kookaburra family who live in the huge trees that are part of St Peters College which is across the road. A car permit is supplied if you wish to park in the street which is very safe or you can park on the premises. The Art Gallery, Museum are a short walk from Athelney Cottage
