B4 - Has no stairs from the main entrance The apartments are well maintained quiet and you will feel very at home staying with us. We don't have a reception and we are self-check-in 24 hours and we are always on hand if needed. We have a laundry room on-site with a pay washer dryer. With a fabulous location 2 min from The University of Western Australia (UWA). We offer free wifi and parking for your stay. Apartments they all have newly renovated bathrooms and kitchens. Larger than most apartments in the local area with a spacious lounge/dining area. These fully self-contained apartments are situated in a small, quiet complex of 9 on Broadway. Broadway has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. The lounge area offers a flat-screen TV. Bed linen and towels are provided. The showers are hobless so perfect for Hospital guests visiting Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and The New Children's Hospital. Close to Perth CBD and Kings Park, and is a 2-minute walk to a fully stocked grocery store and many cafes along the Broadway Strip. Domain Stadium is 4.1 km away. Matilda Bay and the Royal Perth Yacht Club are a 15-minute walk away.

Neighbourhood information

We welcome you to Nedlands/Crawley just a street back from the Perth CBD. Walk to the Swan River, Cafes, Restaurants and hospitals. Just check when you book your accommodation is there a shop in close walking distance as you will be amazed at how close we are you will never have to worry should you run out of something you need. Broadway Fair is a supermarket a 3-minute walk away full of restaurants, Cafes, butchers many cultural restaurants and delights.
