Please note this is a privately owned and managed apartment in a residential building, and not a hotel. This apartment is as per the photos. It is on the ground floor, with easy access to Newcastle Beach. Opposite Newcastle Beach, The Grande is the perfect spot for rest and relaxation. On the ground floor of the Arena Residential complex, this apartment features two queen bedrooms, third bedroom with two singles, ensuite, main bathroom, internal laundry, and open plan kitchen, dining and living that open up to the balcony. At The Grande you will be within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping. You will also be able to walk to some of Newcastle’s not-so hidden gems including King Edward Park and the Bogey Hole, Memorial Walk, Newcastle Ocean Baths, Hunter St Mall and Nobby’s Beach & Lighthouse. Experience the Follo feeling, at The Grande. Important note about this property: There is remediation work occurring on the building next door - 77 Shortland Esp. There may be some light construction noise experienced and personnel on site between 7am and 5pm weekdays due to a small area in the property being used to storage building material.
