HOUSE RULES -Check-in: after 3:00 pm | Checkout: by 10:00 am -No smoking, parties, or events In line with the Short Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) Legislation (NSW 2020), guests must follow these rules. -Please inform us of any extra guests or day visitors for safety and insurance purposes. -In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay. -Maximum overnight guests: 2. Written approval is required for any visitors beyond booked guests. -No smoking—evidence of smoking may incur a 500 AUD fine. -Respect our neighbours—no loitering outside or in shared areas, and please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9 pm. -This is a strict no-party home. Breach of house rules may result in eviction without refund. -We are a pet-friendly property. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking as there is a pet fee of 75 AUD per stay. -Late check-outs or early check-ins must be requested in advance and may incur a fee. -Date changes are only possible if your check-in is more than a month away and are subject to approval and possible surcharges. -Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons. -Due to the recent reports of Foot and Mouth Disease, we ask all international guests to follow the Biosecurity Rules of the Government. This is usually indicated on your Visa details as part of the requirements. We love our farm animals and try to look after them as much as possible! -We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets. -Window blinds are installed that you can utilise for your privacy. -There is no wifi as we want to provide a relaxing off-the-grid experience!

Banksia is set on a working chicken farm in the heart of Kangaroo Valley, NSW. The tiny home is architecturally designed featuring an outdoor bath that makes you feel like you are floating out to the dam. The home is full of natural light, is sustainably built and is the perfect escape from city life. We highly recommend sipping on some wine in the evening, overlooking the dam and watching the sunset with the beautiful mountain scenery, all complete in this gorgeous escape.
