Fremantle has distinctly unique niches, each with its own personality which creates plenty to explore in this enigmatic old port town where the Swan River meets the Indian Ocean. You will be staying in our heritage listed west end, surrounded by heritage shopfronts with boutique wares, warehouses overlooking narrow streets and pubs, restaurants or cafes on every corner. Within just a few metres of the apartment.... Lions and Tigers, a modern Indian restaurant with divine food. Calamity Jane's small bar for 5 o'clock drinks Bread in Common restaurant Strange Company bar and restaurant The cappuccino strip is just around the corner - Gino's for morning coffee is a must, Spice Kitchen Asian restaurant with the coolest waitress in town (it's a robot), Emily Taylor for dumplings and Darling, Darling bar in a dark watering hole resembling a ship's interior. The Fremantle Markets is an easy 5 minutes stroll away. Rottnest Island ferry departure point is 850m from the apartment or a 10 minute walk.
