Banyan Place rated #1 on TripAdvisor for 18 years in a row and featured twice on Prime TV, and perfectly positioned between the beach and restaurants. Boasting 4 properties all decorated differently and ranging from 1 and 2 bedrooms. Most apartments have spa's and inbuilt balconies, all have free fast internet and in house movies. All prices are set for 1 queen bed to be fair to the single and couple travellers. Extra guests are charged on a per person per night basis - sorry no extra visitors or parties permitted, see policy for further information.

Banyan Place in central Warrnambool has been featured Prime TV - travel show. Its trendy apartments include a plasma TV, free in-house movies, free internet access and a spacious private balconies in 3 of our 4 apartments. Most apartments have a full kitchen only 1 (6a) has a kitchenette with a kettle, toaster, micro and bar fridge. There is a restaurant just 50 feet away that serves breakfast and dinner. Banyan Place Warrnambool is 2 mins walk from Flagstaff Hill Marine Museum’s Sound and Laser Show. Warrnambool Art Gallery is just 5 min walk. Free parking is included for all apartments, (6a has garage) (3 and 4 have off street) and (6 has free on street).
