Barkly Beach House is newly renovated with relaxed coastal holidays in mind, reminiscent of classic Aussie beach holidays I spent with my family along the Victorian coastline growing up. The house has everything you need and nothing you don’t including lovely outside sitting areas and a secure backyard for your dogs.

Hi I’m Ange, I grew up in Warrnambool and have recently returned to live here again, I love the beach and walk it most mornings and I have started regular swims in the ocean, hard to get in sometimes but totally worth it if you do!

Our location is 5 blocks South East of the main street, we are home to the Iconic Silver Ball, Fletcher Jones gardens and Mill Market with a coffee caravan for your morning caffeine shot. Almost everything you need is in walking distance including the beach, the promenade walking track and off lead dog beach. The Great Ocean Road is your oyster! We have on site parking at Barkly Beach House in our driveway (2cars) Also on the street guests have parked caravans and boats during their stay, it’s a pretty wide, quiet St. We have 2 bikes available just let us know if you require them so we can make them accessible. The promenade track along the beach is a great ride, you can enter it 500mts away at The Flume.
