I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a fee. You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times, as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair). Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. STRATA NOTICE: (Weather Permitting: Works may extend without prior Notice) Please be aware that there are some construction works taking place across the road at Landmark. Kindly expect some noise during this period.

BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your account. Also, the TV has no access to local channels. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: There is 1 parking space for this property. There are also heaps of paid parking (2H max) around the complex. There are some 5 minutes and 2 hours of free street parking as well.
