This newly built modern & chic townhouse is located in every popular Malua Bay. This two-story townhouse has all the modern touches with that beachy feel. Upstairs, you will find the open plan living, dining, and kitchen, which is the heart of the home with a treed outlook and an ocean breeze. Each bedroom has been styled in calming, neutral tones with the main bedroom having its own ensuite and TV to sit back and relax after a day in the sun.
