Our cozy and peaceful cottage right in the sought-after Cheltenham golden triangle area.This cottage presents a stylish and secure option for those seeking a quality country lifestyle in a highly sought location. Short distance to shop trip, café, restaurants, shopping centers, public transport, beach, golf clubs, parks, churches, pharmacy, etc. Daily living does not get much easier and more enjoyable than this! Step inside the fully furnished one bedroom granny flat, you will immediately want to call this place "HOME!". It is bright and fresh with welcoming interiors, up to date features, open plan living and dining area with Wifi, Smart TV, air conditioning and well-equipped kitchen. The living room with two sofa beds available for 2 children or guests in need. One master comfortable bedroom with the queen-sized bed, 2 built-in robes and a glistening bathroom with washing machine, WC. A bonus private sun-filled lovely garden making this the perfect spot to enjoy sunbath, campfire, moonlight, stars and garden lights. The place has a peaceful privacy at the rear of a quiet house with a car park space right in front of the gate. Welcome to enjoy “luxury bayside village lifestyle”!

Cheltenham is for great neighbors and village feel. It is close to public transports, highways so you can get to everywhere without drama. An established area with established gardens - lots of trees and bird life made it a great spot for beach lovers, park lovers, golf lovers as well as shopping lovers. Only 3-10 minutes drive to some of the best beaches in Melbourne (Parkdale, Modialoc, Menton, Sandringham, Brighton beaches. Our place is right in the heart of well known Sandbelt region, home to the top 2 golf courses in Australia (Royal Melbourne and Kingston Heath) and many other prestigious golf courses around.
