You can book "The Main House" on it's own or both "The Main House" and "The Studio". We supply all linen/ doonas/ pillows/ towels/ cleaning. Usually check in is anytime unless we have a departure and arrival on the same day. In this case, I will need 2 hours to ensure home is in perfect clean order for your stay. I will communicate time arrival if this is the case. Please read the OPTIONS below carefully before you make your decision regarding access to both showers and toilets. The property is situated in a quiet court. Perfect location for the Grand Prix Track/ Famous Smiths Surf Beach / Penguins. Milk Bar is close by, walking distance to the beach. You will need a car to drive into Cowes- 3 supermarkets in Cowes and lots of restaurants/ shopping. There is a bus stop on the main road- 2 min walk to. *24 hour key lock access. Usually check in is anytime unless we have a departure and arrival on the same day. In this case, I will need 2 hours to ensure home is in perfect clean order for your stay. I will communicate time arrival if this is the case. We supply almost everything to make your stay stress free and as comfortable as the "Perfect Getaway". Total price includes all linen/ doonas/ pillows/ towels and a BASIC clean. Keep the place clean and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived. Upon departure all rubbish is to be removed / dishes washed and put away. EXTRA fee will be charged if dishes are not washed and put away/ Floors and walls are left in a sticky state/ pet droppings not binned. Neighbours are residents - Failure to abide to noise regulations or overcrowding will lead to instant departure and loss of monies paid.
