We live and work on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. If there are any issues, you can contact me via the app so I can resolve during daylight hours.
This is a beach-side community. Pathways are wide and the main beach road is pretty quiet. It is excellent for cycling in either direction. You can cycle on beach paths most of the way to Moffat beach with only a couple of deviations off the beach for a round trip of 26 km on the bike. Going north to Pt Cartwright is an easy cycle of only 2 km each way with very little traffic. There are bus routes around the area, and the main bus station at Kawana shopping centre is about 500 metres walk. You can catch the bus to Mooloolaba or Caloundra from here. As with all the Sunshine Coast, a car is pretty handy, but a bike can take you most places local.
