The newly renovated high end accommodation is located on a hill behind the RSL, its about 100m from the shops and 200m to the beach and very close to town. The hill is steep, therefore please be mindful when booking as the need to walk up the hill may be hindered if mobility is not your friend. Access to parking your vehicle is not an issue, free on drive parking available. Lush accommodation is a studio apartment with a queens size bed, it’s situated within our house. The hosts live in the upstairs part of the house and the accommodation is downstairs with its own separate entrance. If you are seeking a separate unit away from the main dwelling, this is not the accommodation for you. We are very respectful and private and you will not be disturbed. We will say hello and have a chat but we will not keep bothering you, if we do cross please say hello, we are friendly and helpful so please ask us anything as we are here to help. Please do not book this accommodation if you are not willing to share a queen size bed with someone else. This accommodation is for 2 people sharing only, no other people are allowed to stay. We are not responsible for organising or arranging sleeping configurations or positions for people, so please be aware of the bed dynamics before booking. This is the responsibility of the guest and no refund will be processed for wrongful bookings in relation to beds. As already mentioned, but I will say again due to recent queries, We live in the upstairs part of the house and are a quiet and respectful working family. We do not entertain criminal activity of any kind and this behaviour will be challenged immediately and you WILL be removed from the accommodation. We have simple rules and are very relaxed, so there should be no issues. The accommodation is non refundable, so please be sure you want to book as refunds will not be made for change of mind. Extenuating circumstances are dealt with on a case by case request.

Beautiful Yeppoon, close to all shops, restaurants and beach. Close to the police station and is a safe place to visit and stay. We are situated half way up a steep hill, but driveway access is available for cars.
