Property information

Sure to impress, this beautiful 2 storey house sits directly across the road from the magical golden sands of North Mollymook Beach. Upstairs is the impressive open plan living area with lounge, Apple TV and DVD (free WiFi) and a cosy gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes all mod cons, such as dishwasher and coffee machine, the dining suite seats 8 and all looking out over the stunning ocean with direct access onto the front balcony with outdoor setting and sun lounges. Whether you enjoy cooking in the modern kitchen, or use the BBQ area in the established downstairs garden, there's plenty of room for entertaining. When it comes to bedroom configurations there's something for everyone. There are 2 Queen bedrooms and a bathroom, with shower and bathtub, upstairs to the back, looking out over the garden. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms: 1 Queen, a twin and one with single bunks, plus a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms except the bunk room have ceiling fans and BIRs. There is also a laundry with another toilet, washing machine and dryer. The double garage has internal access with a Foosball table. Beach towels are included.
